Randy Markush-Hallman has deep expertise in human capital strategy and operations as well as user-centered design. A graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management, Randy served as Future of Work Sector Practice Leader at MIT and previously worked as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte.
