Founded at MIT by MBAs with a range of experiences in the industry, Contack has developed a cloud-based support service and staffing platform with three objectives:
Develop a large network of experienced customer support agents to provide on-demand staff augmentation for BPOs and call center agencies
Provide a flexible and highly scalable, customer support service to business which may not have the experience, resources or time to scale or build their own in-house customer support team
Create home-based, employment opportunities for our agents that put them in control of their own careers
